Rent is reasonable and very scenic if you have a pond view. Great location to shopping and restaurants and close to 31. Move in process was made easy by staff, especially Zane Wilson. Highly recommended.

Pet Policy

The Summit at Harvey Townhomes is a pet friendly community. For safety and courtesy, pets must be well-behaved; they must remain on a leash whenever they are out of their townhome, unless they are inside the dog park. Residents are responsible for their pets and must comply with the terms of the lease agreement and community rules. A maximum of two pets are allowed per townhome. The decision to allow any dog is at the sole discretion of management. The following breads are prohibited: Presa Canrio, Rottweiler, Akita, Alaskan Malamute,Staffordshire Terrier, Pet Bull, American Bulldog, Chow, Doberman, Dogo Argentino & Wolf.
