The Summit at Harvey Townhomes is a pet friendly community. For safety and courtesy, pets must be well-behaved; they must remain on a leash whenever they are out of their townhome, unless they are inside the dog park. Residents are responsible for their pets and must comply with the terms of the lease agreement and community rules. A maximum of two pets are allowed per townhome. The decision to allow any dog is at the sole discretion of management. The following breads are prohibited: Presa Canrio, Rottweiler, Akita, Alaskan Malamute,Staffordshire Terrier, Pit Bull, American Bulldog, Chow, Doberman, Dogo Argentino & Wolf. Additional fees and restrictions may apply. See Lease Agreement for details.
